The Inspiration Behind PezJam Carter Group LLC

PezJam Carter Group LLC was born out of a deeply personal journey. While being stationed in Germany, our founders faced the challenge of maintaining their home back in the U.S. Instead of selling it, they saw an opportunity—to turn their property into a welcoming retreat for travelers while preserving a place filled with memories.

What started as a practical solution quickly grew into a passion for hospitality and real estate, inspiring them to create high-quality vacation rental experiences for others. With a commitment to comfort, style, and exceptional guest service, PezJam Carter Group LLC was founded to provide beautifully curated stays where travelers can feel at home, just as they once did.

Now, with plans to expand beyond their first property in Fredericksburg, VA, the vision remains the same: to offer a home away from home for every guest, no matter where their journey takes them.
